To be formally endorsed at the GSG Impact Sri Lanka Summit 2026, the Declaration outlines a shared vision to mobilize capital for inclusive and sustainable development, strengthen cross-border collaboration, and lay the groundwork for long-term mechanisms such as a South Asia Impact Fund.
